Justin has over a decade of hands-on experience in bathtub refinishing and reglazing. His attention to detail, mastery of HVLP (High Volume / Low Pressure) techniques, and deep understanding of fiberglass resin and putty solutions make him a standout in the field. Before co-founding J&R Coating Technologies, Justin successfully managed a multi-truck refinishing company, during which he trained many professionals who are now thriving in the industry. His commitment to quality and innovation is reflected in his use of advanced modern coatings, including cutting-edge primers and nano-ceramic sealants, which consistently exceed industry standards.
With her sharp organizational skills and customer-focused approach, Meghan plays a vital role in the success of J&R Coating Technologies. From ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to providing exceptional service, Meghan's dedication ensures that clients always feel valued and informed.
Outside of work, Justin and Meghan are devoted to their family, spending quality time with their two children. Whether it's playing sports, exploring nature on hiking adventures, or enjoying music at home—Justin with his piano, guitar, and ukulele—family time is at the heart of their lives.

Roxie is a proud Navy veteran whose career journey began over 15 years ago in environmental cleanup as a driver. In 2021, he relocated to Daytona Beach, Florida, to pursue his dream of owning and managing a restoration company. Since then, he has played a key role in the success of J&R Coating Technologies, ensuring that every project reflects his commitment to quality and excellence.
Karin, with her expertise in website design and a strong background in managing small businesses, contributes to the growth and smooth operation of J&R Coating Technologies. Her keen eye for detail and flair for design are evident not only in the company’s online presence but also in the way she handles client interactions and business development. Karin’s organizational skills and customer-focused approach ensure that every client receives top-tier service.
Outside of work, Roxie and Karin enjoy embracing the Florida lifestyle. From wave riding and shark fishing to paddleboarding in the springs, they love spending time outdoors. They also take pleasure in hosting lively cookouts with friends and family, making the most of their coastal surroundings.
